The engineer arrived promptly and clearly explained the procedures he planned to undertake to locate a leak in our central heating system. He was very reassuring and kept us informed of his progress. He was very thorough and quickly located the area of the leak which was hidden in a wall, then was able to pinpoint it using trace gas. He managed to access and fix the leak by carefully removing 2 wall tiles with minimal damage. He then checked the whole system and left the house clean and tidy and with a fully functioning heating system again. We were extremely happy with the service and would recommend Heatsense to anyone looking to locate a leak.

David was so helpful and informative over the phone when I first enquired with the company and, from start to finish, I couldn't fault the service. An Engineer was booked in very promptly and he was very thorough over the phone in explaining the results of his investigations and the final report was also very informative. Overall, they offer a great professional service and they get the job done quickly and efficiently.

I had a loss of pressure in my boiler everyday and after a check from boiler engineer, we were informed it could be a leak in piping. There was no visible leak anywhere which means we needed a specialist team to look at the problem. Peter from Heatsense came on the day and started the investigation with plethora of gadgets straight from James bond movies. He explained every step he took and why it was required. After 3 hours of investigation, a potential point was identified which was under kitchen flooring which has electric underfloor heating. He was meticulous in his approach, removed part of the tile without damaging the heating component and fixed the problem. It took about 7 hours in total to finish the work. He run a couple more tests to ensure there was no other leaks and once satisfied, he showed us all the results. A thorough professional is the right term to use here. Thanks David for booking an earlier appointment and Peter for a perfectly executed job. Boiler is working perfectly since then and house is warm again.

I was very impressed with the end to end customer service of this job. From the fast and attentive service from David initially to discuss the work and then Pete’s diligent hard work across 1 and a half days to identify and then fix the leak. Pete was respectful of our working from home and facilitated conversations when it was convenient to do so. He explained his findings every step of the way and tidied up well after the work was completed. I hope never to need their services again (!) but I can at least have the confidence that if we get a leak in the future we are in excellent hands

If you have a leak which you can't find or are unhappy with what another company has told you I would highly recommend David and Pete from Heatsense. I'd already had one company out to investigate a running water sound whom recommended jack hammering up my entire new kitchen floor to work backwards and find a cold water mains leak. Pete using listening devices and gases found the exact source through extensive investigation to be exterior to the building, meaning no kitchen floor removal after all. After a very careful dig where not one slab will need replacing, the leak was found some 3 feet down (under three different patios) and promptly fixed. Everything was documented in a report for our insurer, including a video we shot at the time showing the water rushing out and we could not be happier. Highly highly recommend, an absolute pleasure to deal with

We had a burst radiator pipe on Christmas Day and we urgently needed someone to come over and fix the leak so we could turn on the hot water. I phoned around and Heatsense were easy to deal with and sent around Peter the next day. He was amazing he fixed the leak and also found another issue which he repaired the same day. He was incredibly professional, hard working and honest. I have since booked heatsense to do other jobs around my house and couldn’t recommend them enough. Don’t bother calling anyone else just call these guys.

I have used Heatsense a couple of times now on long terms leaks in commercial properties which other plumbers have not been able to find. The way Pete works is fantastic, so methodical and talks you through why and how he is working through the issues to come to his conclusion. They have been able to find leaks which others haven't found and are so good at what they do. Highly recommended and the only company I will approach when we need to find a leak.

Heatsense did a great job identifying a slow leak under our kitchen extension. The engineer was really thorough, and took the time to explain each step of the investigations to me. He was also able to carry out the repair work immediately, and took the time and care to thankfully do all the repairs with no damage to the kitchen at all. Everything was left spotless, and overall the job was very efficient. I received the report the next day, and there's been great communication throughout.
