Very good experience. Yes nobody likes to pay solicitor fees but I was kept up to date on my case and have no complaints. I had a great experience purchasing my new truck and dealing with Brad Wang. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. He was quick to respond to e-mails with any questions I had. Absolutely terrible service with mortgages. Had huge issues with no one able to tell us what was happening with our application the first time, most important documents with signatures when remortgaging and were totally clueless on a variety of issues (had to use them as they were the banks chosen solicitors, we are now applying for further money on mortgage and have been informed our registration on land registry is incomplete!!!! We remortgaged 6 /7 months ago and have never been made aware there was an issue. Inexcusable behaviour from such a large firm.

I would not recommend for dealing with a mortgage. Numerous different case handlers, no communication between staff, multiple trips to the office to sign the same paperwork. Absolutely appalling service and extortionate fees that seemed to increase without reason with no discussion. I was even sent an email explaining the next steps to get my keys and pay deposit etc after I had collected my keys and figured it out myself. Please spare yourselves any upset and choose someone else.

By far the best experience we have had when buying/selling property. Communication was prompt and straight forward. Questions addressed in a timely manner and the whole thing was kept to the timescale. A seamless process. Would definitely use them again and would recommend their services.
