Fantastic logs delivered to our pub, stacked neatly and we also had our chimneys swept at the same time - such good value! Great service, very friendly and efficient, will be using them again and would highly recommend.

Test Valley Logs - LOCAL SUSTAINABLE FIREWOOD
We’ve used Test Valley Logs for the last 5yrs and each time have received excellent firewood, which has burned hot and slow, without and tar or hissing. The stacking service Richard and his team provide is very useful and sets them a part from others, and their pricing is competitive. I note that one of the previous reviews refers to a higher than expected water content in the batch of logs received. This has not been the case in our experience and I have no hesitation in recommending them to others when asked and will be placing our order for next winter shortly.

Delivered far less than what is a normal load .Logs are not dried at all , hiss like mad so far too much moisture content, kiln dried, I don’t think so !Not using them as no good , ordering from a recommended supplier from Gratley , these useless damp logs will need to be left to dry for a year , won’t use them Again !!Did text them to complain about ‘small load’ and the high moisture content, needless to say we never heard back ! Not too concerned with clients obviously!

I'm a very satisfied customer of Test Valley Logs who certainly do go the extra mile with outstanding customer service (prompt, clear text messages, carrying and stacking logs at no extra cost and lots of expert advice about log burning and fire maintenance.....a complete contrast to our previous supplier who used to drop a load of wet logs on the pavement then ignore messages and argue), plus the quality of these logs is the best we've had from any supplier we've tried.PS - my other review was left as a personal customer, but I also buy these logs to keep our business premises warm too, hence this separate review. Our office is now super warm!

Superb quality kiln dried logs. Great service from Rich. Have used them many times now and throughly happy everytime. The burn time on the logs is great and 100% recommend.

Test Valley Logs - LOCAL SUSTAINABLE FIREWOOD
Logs were not dry enough for use on my log burner, created smoke and never got the fire up to temp. The logs had been kiln dried but not seasoned first. The moisture meter showed 20% on the surface of the logs but still 27-30% when the log was split. I’m sure they are fine for an open fire but no good for a log burner.

Great service as usual.Just had some logs delivered for a great summer rate. Will be well set up for the winter season now, as well as making a great saving.. logs are great quality, never have any problemsThanks again .
