Tangles Hair Salon

I went in with all bleach and about 4 months regrowth, Joanne was supposed to highlight and low light, shoes her a picture of a very dark brown with very white highlights stripe effect, what I came out with was a burgundy brown allover and a couple of low lights that weren't blond. I hated it but tried to live with it for 2 weeks, went back and showed her the picture again and now I have ginger hair with yellow lights. So I'm out of pocked by £75 and now I have to pay for it to be proffetionally done. Again by someone else. I hate my hair she never listened and tried to blind me with science. If I could upload pictures I would. Aweful. And still stands by her decision. Pictures don't lie. I showed her what I wanted and neither time was it anywhere near. It. Avoid. Inexperienced and expensive.
