I got a flat on my way to the hospital, and these guys were the first I called and they said they’d squeeze me in as soon as they could. It was done within 30mins of that call, and Neil, the manager there, was the most accommodating and helpful mechanic I could have asked for. If I could give 10 stars I would. They’ve been absolute life savers - I would recommend this tyre shop to everyone

The initial price offered (£1,030.00) was market competitive and the branch suggested that we order and book on-line. When ordered on-line, we received a 15% discount (£143.40) for ordering 4 new tyres, (discount on tyres only - not fitting). This was a considerable saving and made Tyre Pros the best price available, (£886.60).The 4 x Michelin Pilot Sport 4 SUV tyres were fitted but we wanted to drive the car to check the balance and pressures before offering a final rating. After 200 miles, the balance appears fine at speeds up to 70 mph. We are delighted with the Michelins and they feel sharper and more responsive than the Pirelli Scorpion Verde which they replaced.We also asked for the tyre pressures to be set at 34 PSI all round but they ranged from 32 to 38. We have now adjusted these and reset the TPMS.Overall a good experience but the tyre pressure settings resulted in a 4 star.We would recommend Tyre Pros, East Grinstead and the Michelin Pilot Sport 4 SUV.
