Contacted them re an out of date mot & they got me booked in the next day. Carried out Mot & Service and some repairs required on the same day. Kept in contact with me all day & asked if I was happy to go ahead with the work required & told me the price so that I could make an informed decision. Customer service outstanding. Very happy with the service I received.

I phoned yesterday regarding booking my car in as it was making rattling sounds and also was in need of a service. I was really happy when I was advised that I could bring the car up right away..Left my car and was called not long after to let me know what was needed and the quote for the work.Price was good for repairs required including service. My car was ready that night but I couldn’t pick it up until this morning and was relieved that it wasn’t an issue.I feel like I’m driving a new car now, really happy with everything.Overall great service, also communication and customer care are first class.The team are great, friendly & professional.

Whilst dealing with flat tyre in front of the closed garage, owner passed by and saw I couldn’t get wheel off as it had seized. He stopped and opened garage up and charged wheel for me. He even refused to take any money for his invaluable assistance. Great local garage , thanks again

Used Hatties Autos recently. Fantastic service and price. Car went into garage for an MOT and service. Needed a new exhaust and brakes. They fitted us in the next working day for all the repairs. We were extremely pleased with the quality of service and the price was very competitive. Will defo use again

Can’t thank Paul enough for his help last week. I left my MOT until the last minute and it failed on a number of points. Paul managed to get all the repairs done for a great price and get the car back to me within a day.
