We recently used Wilson Peacock to rent our 2 properties and we could not be happier with the service we have had with Lucy.She has taken the time since the beginning to go through everything with us as this was a new process to us. It was thorough, professional and efficient. We managed to have good tenants at the right time. We were just about to go away for a while before renting one of the property and needed a lot of things to be done quickly and Lucy got it done! I contacted Wilson Peacock initally to get some advice about selling my property for me and because of the economic situation decided to let it instead. I met both Lucy Blakey and Conrad Shaw and was impressed by their professionalism & commitment. Conrad arrived punctually to the appointments made for prospective tenants and was smartly dressed in a suit on both occasions. He was polite and friendly to me & the prospective tenants & explained all the benefits of the property to them. He kept me informed on the progress of the potential tenancy and always returned my calls when I rang with a query which is excellent customer service. Full marks to him, Lucy & the team .
