Urban Network

Dreadful service, I think their engineers have been trained by Fisher-Price. they appear to be out of their depth with anything above a reset. If I could have given less stars then I would have!

Urban Network have been absolutely essential to my working day. Any problems I have encountered, they have been swift to address. Can't tell you how many times they have saved the day. Professional and friendly people who don't treat me like a complete idiot. I highly recommend this company.

Very happy with our move to Urban Network. Everyone working with us is very knowledgeable, proactive and helpful, as well as being friendly and polite. After thorough explanation, the well thought out approach to our systems has seen considerable improvement already with minimal disruption to implement. Their response time is excellent. Was an employee here for over 2 years.Has been the best place I've worked in so far.The engineers are very well experienced and knowledgeable.Clients were great and very easy to get along with.Business as a whole are forward thinking and honestly help other businesses grow by encouraging technology and cloud solutions.

Started working with Urban about 5 years ago and have found the level of service and technical knowledge second to none. The company has a personal feel to it rather than being just another client which is welcoming. Would highly recommend to any body considering switching their current provider or looking for a new service.

Just wanted to send a quick review of the excellent service I received from the helpdesk at Urban yesterday.Javed was one of the most knowledgeable and professional guys Ive ever spoken to.He was efficient in his delivery of reinstating our one drive and 365 services optimisation.This was followed up by his team supervisor after completion, checking everything was ok before they closed out the ticket and asking if there was anything more they could do for us.I would have given 6 stars if I could and would thoroughly recommend anyone who needs IT support to contact them swiftly as the team are exceptional.Six stars service ...........Sean Connelly - Director at Aquascapes Limited

I used Urban Network in a previous company, and subsequently closed the account when the businesses merged. However despite confirmation that account has been closed, we have still been paying for their services that apparently we are using, despite being told account is closed?!! I have now cancelled direct debit so they cannot continue to debit our account.I have tried emailing, and calling, but had no response. No one ever answers customer service or accounts phone line, only sales phone line. Confirming that this company is only interested in generating sales and not delivering a quality service to its clients. I did speak to a receptionist who said he would pass on message, still no response.The Customer service at Urban Network is non existent. I would strongly urge anyone considering using Urban Network to seek their IT services and support elsewhere.
