Mr. Vinod knows the job. He did it well for us. Thanks to him for helping us in buying our first house.Areas of professional improvement:1. Should let the customers know the agenda of each discussion/call in advance so they can be prepared about each topic.2. The calls are never recorded. Vinod shares lot of information but customers should make sure they are recorded for later reference.3. Post mortgage services (re-mortgage etc) are promised to be complimentary but good to document that in the work policy/agreement.
