Recently taken over and it shows ! Prescription now only takes a few days compared to the week it used to . Staff are very helpful and always take time to answer any questions re medication I have

I would never have given the previous pharmacy 5 ⭐️ but what a difference in such a short time. The professional and personal approach is exceptional. He is very clearly knowledgeable and passionate. Gives his time to all customers. When he knew I needed a doctor consultation he advised me what to say to reception as it can be tricky to get appointments at my surgery. Just such a welcomed change to the previous approach. Genuinely can’t fault them now. Where as before you’d wait ages and feel like a burden, not now.

Oh my goodness- what a difference! We've needed a good, consistent community pharmacist for a number of years and we finally have one. Professional, thorough, kind and a real asset to Barnhill. With long waits to access GP's at the moment, I personally would have been lost without this service. (breathing issues). Great that he has retained some of the fabulous staff from the former owners too- they are great and deserve the brilliant boss they have now. Thanks for everything Team Gallagher! Allison
