The food was really nice, but it took extremely long to order food. I had to wait 20-30 minutes for a medium pizza. Meanwhile, other orders from uber eats got those instantly

Wish I could leave a zero star rating. Ordered food over 2 hours ago and while on the phone with someone who works there they cancelled my order and hung up. Extremely poor customer service. Probably will not receive a refund. Save your time and money.

Took 1 hrs and 15 mins for food to be delivered. When it came it was cold and tasted like it was old. Absolutely awful service, food and delivery. Would not recommend this place to no one. This shop needs to be shut down.

Food is usually good and service is usually good but when the foreign driver ask’s for a tip just because he’s delivered an about 20 extra metre’s due to unforeseen circumstance’s that I cannot control?? Bad customer service. Next time that guy ask’s for a tip I’m never using these people again and I use them quite often,even the delivery driver has said that. But now he’s pleading for a tip?? No way!! I help the community every day of every week and I never get anything extra and I’m on the mental health side of thing’s and all he’s doing is driving delivering food.

Called in for a quick bite, absolute loads of choice and got served straight away unfortunately I should have rang my order in advance or used the just eat app as had to wait for my order but while I was waiting i noticed all the food looks lovely and fresh, the burgers and kebabs looked amazing. Anyway I got my order and wasn't disappointed so fresh and fish bites were lovely. I'm definitely going back to order again. I would definitely recommend this place.

Only good thing I have to say is that there was plenty salad! I ordered a chicken tikka nan kebab and a pizza. The pizza was freezing and no sight of a nan.. rang up to tell the. And was told I was lying. New to the area, first take away of the area.. safe to say I should have read these reviews before ordering!

If we had received our order, I might have given a different review based on the food itself.Ordered food at 17:20, with an expected delivery of 17:50 - 18:10. At 18:26 called the restaurant only to find out that despite having been charged for the food and given a delivery time, our delivery location is outside their range. We're now late for a different engagement and still hungry.I'm sure there's a good chance the food itself is edible, but unless you get their food takeaway, you'll never know.

Fab tasting food. Delivery driver however needs sorting out. Really appreciated being ignored whilst he was on the phone, throwing my food through the front door onto the carpet and running away with a grunt before speeding off...

Ordered at 12:50 arrived at 15:15 an hour and 25 minutes for fish and chips and a chip butty which arrived cold fish was uneatable ordered from here before and waited two hours but that was a Friday night so thought we’d try again on a Sunday afternoon when we thought it might be a bit quieter. Won’t be ordering again.

my grandson ordered pizza and kids chicken nuggets chips at 7pm.del time given 7.45pm to 8.05 pm.rang asked where our food was.8.10 just leaving shop im 5mins away from shop.lukewarm pizza cold chips no nuggets rang shop again driver had fgot to give us the bairns nuggets chips uneaten, binned.lukewarm pizza we ate simply coz we were starving.but never again will we order from this disgusting place again.wish we had chose chinese.at least it comes hot right and quick.this place is the pits
