Had a little trouble getting into The Open Championship on the friday so went and played here instead. It was the only rainy day of my vacation but ended up shooting my low round of the trip. Meet up with 2 great guys to finish a great day. The course played fair and held up in the weather. The greens rolled true.

If you are anywhere in the area, you should play this Links course.Greens are as smooth as a billiards table. Fairways were lush green. Very scenic and beautiful course with a great history.I was very warmly greeted. The staff is very welcoming and friendly, especially Bryan the starter. He helped me take pictures at the first tee and gave me some very helpful tips. Just as fun and challenging as Carnoustie at about half the cost. I had a great day at Monifieth, you will too ! Monifieth is Scotland at its best !

Was in the area for work and calledup to play both courses at short notice. Warmest welcome from the initial phone call through to standing on the first tee. Medal course an absolute joy and in great condition. Will be back next time I'm nearby!

Lovely area to visit. Local golf course. Monifieth is a great location. Has 2 pubs. Friendly With Shops etc. close to the beach and park.

Played the Medal course today and the staff at the shop were absolutely brilliant. Have visited many courses and never received a better welcome as here. Also hooked me up with another visiting party which was really good of them. Course was in fantastic condition as well. Will definitely be back.

Played both courses and the Medal twice and both times not disappointed in the least. This is truly Scottish golf at its best. Deep bunkers, rolling fairways, undulating greens and a train that runs parallel to the starting holes. Fairways were in great shape too. Greens were undulating making sure you read them correctly. Over condition was truly spectacular. If you are near there for any amount of time, play this course. The fact they have 4 clubhouses for 2 courses absolutely blows my mind. Still a great course to play.

We visited Monifieth golf links for the first time. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. The members were also very friendly and gave some advice.Rob in the starter box, was very friendly and gave us a run down of the courseWe absolutely loved playing the medal course, the course was in amazing condition and greens were quick.We are looking forward to returning to play againThank you Monifieth golf links.
