Fantastic customer service, efficient and professional and friendly fitting. Really impressed with the service from start to finish. Alex was great and understood everything we wanted even though we were probably difficult and changed our minds several times. End product has transformed the open plan space in to a warm welcoming room. Fitters were very professional and extremely clean and tidy. Everything done to original time frames and the issues found when opening up the fire place dealt with promptly. Thanks again. I would recommend to anyone wanting a bespoke quality stove.

Real Flame made my dream fireplace come true! They delivered impeccable services! The expert which came and done the installation (david) has been very professional, very careful and attentive to details. He installed the all fireplace in less than an hour! The fireplace works amazingly well and look glorious! I wanted a real fire look with big flames and elegant fire grate and decorative logs. And I cannot get tired of looking at our fireplace and spend time around it. Again, a big thank you to all the Real flame team (from the cheminée sweep to Frank and the fitting guy) which been very professional and even excessed our expectations! will definitely use then again and recommend to all of my friends. Where do I start, we managed with the help of Mr. Frank Domonyi to order and deliver to Malta our loved Lotus Jubilee 35 with oven. He was very helpful from the first time we met at his shop. He guided us all the way and was very supportive. We finally have our long wished for stove installed in our kitchen. Cannot praise enough the fantastic service received. The surround that builders had made for our hole-in-the-wall fireplace was falling apart. Real Flame were able to provide a custom solution using their reeded vermiculite boards and a mat metal surround. The measurement and installation by their partner Butterworth's was expert and quickly done.Coronavirus complicated and slowed down the initial assessment of what could be done, but once a solution was agreed it all went quickly and smoothly. We, as a company, have used Real Flame many times over the years, for a lot of our projects (we are a Design and Build company), working in London. They are always very helpful and come up with good suggestions if we need any assistance with the design. They also provide the additional services, i.e. chimney sweeping and CCTV of flues etc. We would not hesitate to recommend them and indeed have already done so.
