Quite simply the best fresh cream cakes I've ever had. You cannot tell if the are eggless or not. A great treat every now and then. Lovely presentation in the shop, very clean and tidy and nice packaging.

Very high disappoint,Staff not welcome ingredient, rude behavior when I ask my receipt she didn't give me, she only give me plastic bag receipt if I ask for same she start making excuses .

No stars!!!!Bought two helium balloons today (1 & 8.) Number 8 was obviously overfilled and popped within 2 minutes of leaving the shop. Manager refused to refund and made me purchase another.The second number 8 I was forced to buy also popped within 2 minutes of leaving the shop. This time my brother-in-law took it back and was provided with a new balloon without having to pay. Although, he was questioned as to whether we had children in the car!! When the third number 8 balloon was provided, the assistant stated I’ve not filled it as much this time, thus proving my point about overfilling the first balloon!!Hope they have enjoyed the £8.00 profit they have made today!!AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!!!

Ordered a fresh cream cake last Saturday. Was very soggy at the base and between the layers. Looked like it had water poured over it. None of our guests liked it at all and it went in the bin. Very disgusting and very disappointed!I normally buy from the Smethwick branch and never had a problem with their cakes over the years

Best cake shop, tasty and affordableThis place serves endless cakes, muffins, triffles, cake sundaes and event cakes.They don't have a place to sit but take away available.Very nice ambience and their display of cakes are amazing.Their single-serving black forest cake was so big and tasty.Highly recommend this cake shop.

Cake was made to exactly how I wanted it, staff behind the counter were very helpful and showed me samples so that I could pre order some more cup cakes for another day on arrival to pick up the cup cakes saw another cake on display which I also brought and they happily wrote a message on the cake and showed me before they boxed it up. Very good service and delicious cakes thanks

I've had many cakes from this shop and always been very pleased but just been to collect cake for my granddaughters birthday and I am not happy at all gave them the picture on the right and they have made picture on the left looks nothing like it even the happy birthday icing is wrong colour I asked for pink will not been ordering cake from there again
