Good service but why would they not sell sim trays?

Sat here for over an hour waiting while nobody acknowledged that I was even there. I understand you maybe occupied serving a customer but it takes 2 minutes asking to see why they are here and telling them you won’t be long. My issue would have been resolved in 2 minutes all I needed was a sim but to make someone wait an hour for a sim is a joke. All advisors here just seem grumpy and rather be with someone so they can make a sale then actually help. This is why EE here is so bad. Will be moving over to O2 when my contract is done

Went into to ask about an upgrade because the call centre had totally messed up my over the phone attempt. A lady called Joanne (I think) couldn't do enough for me I had the phone new plan & was on my way out in 20 minutes. Definitely go here instead of calling for an upgrade.

Staff always on hand to assist with queries. They're able to offer great advise to explain all options available to make sure you get what's best for your needs, not just the ones to cost you the most.

Changed ownership of my contract to my wife's account, had tried before but always hit system issues at the other call centres, the lady at Darlington was lovely!!! Sorted it quickly and was so friendly and helpful, thank you so much, she is a credit to your company!!!! She deserves a pay rise for sure!

Purchased a phone contract here today. David greeted us as soon as we walked in and handed us over to his work colleague Joshua whowas very helpful and the process was very quick. I got what I asked for and explanations on things I didn't understand. Would recommend. Thank you :)

Went in with an issue that 4 other stores couldn't resolve with my new iPhone 14 as I was sent a blacklisted phone by EE. I was served by 3 members of staff Andrea, Joanne and Dicko who between them managed to get my phone up and running. They were all very professional and polite and couldn’t do enough for me as they coykd see I was getting stressed and upset. What a credit they are to your team.

Went into the store as I had a problem setting up my phone and was told that I have VIP status and I would have to call customer service as they arnt allowed to help me in store?? Very poor VIP customer service.
