IMO Car Wash

I hate leaving bad reviews, as I think its easy to be negative and ignore the positives. But I have to write something here.Myself and my two children took the car in this morning. The operative did the prewash and guided us onto the belt, only for the machine to stop a few minutes later with us stuck inside.I waited for a few minutes assuming the operative would come to let us know it was broken and help get us out, but no one came. I was concerned about the health and safety aspect of exiting the vehicle without knowing whether the brushes and water would start up again, and also the potential damage done to the car by reversing back on the belt. I honked my horn several times, and rang the car wash phone number but no one picked up.In the end I left the children in the car and decided to exit to get help. When I came out of the car wash, I discovered that the shutter of the office had been closed, and the operative and his car had just vanished with no sign of anyone. He had had the foresight to put a road sign up closing the car wash to any other vehicles but left us in there without attempting to even check, let alone help us.Thankfully my older child is 14 and he was able to get himself and his 3 year old sister out, while I reversed the car back up the belt, but to say I was angry at the way we were left is an understatement. I've had to put one star to post this review, but I won't be using again.

As a heads up the vacs have been removed so the only option to fully clean the inside of your car is to pay for a valet.

Really not happy! Took my car here for a wash but received very poor service. They were obviously having problems with the automatic car wash as they kept walking into it and checking various things before I was told to pull forward. All fine until I got to the end when the auto dryer which usually moves over the car to dry it didn’t. I didn’t really think anything of it so went of to do my shopping. When I returned to the car about 40 mins later I looked at the car properly and saw what a mess it looked! Marks and splodges all over it from the car wash. I don’t normally complain but I had to go back that way so wanted to call in and see what they said. I was told that the auto machine never dries the car 100% and that I should have dried it myself by hand when I drove out of the wash!! He also blatantly lied and told me that everything was working fine when I know it wasn’t!! Very frustrated with their response and made to feel like I was the one lying. I will not be going back.

Actually did a goid job of washing my car. I've been to others in past and my car has still been dirty but this place fid a good clean

It's been a couple of years since we'd used this car wash and it's really gone downhill. Fairly curt man who you have to deal with but it's the smell once your car enters the belt wash - honestly it stinks of mould and stagnant water! It did a mediocre job of washing the car but the dirty water smell really lingered. It's a convenient location but don't bother - lots of better places in Worcester!

I have just had my car valeted and they have done a brilliant job. Cost £35. Really pleased with it. Definitely would recommend

Good quick wash and out.Note the £3.50 does not come with the dirt prewash chemical spray.Just dry your car afterwards to avoid the water marks.Sometimes no card option so keep a few pounds in the wallet/glove box.But a good place and cheap for a quick wash.

Excellent car wash good range of washes there is a person to guide your car on to the track that moves your car along the wash.

I give up trying to use this place, past 3 times I’ve been it’s been closed for 1 reason or another. Try and go before or after work, or even on a lunch break you won’t have any luck they’ll be shut. Pick and choose when you can have the lower priced cleans as well.
