If I could rate lower I would! in March I took my car there which was overheating. The issue was covered by warranty. I was told I would have a small charge for parts. I work down in Dublin as they were made aware. They kept my Car for just over 3 weeks for fix a head gasket. I was given no information as to what was going on, I just got told to keep calling back. When I eventually got my car back I was hit with a 300e bill!!!! because he recommended a full service" and whatever extra stuff without asking me or contacting me to make aware of the cost or to see if I agreed!!!! The worst part is just over 2 months later the work needed to be redone AGAIN because it wasn't done correctly amazingly this time it cost me nothing. A huge complaint has gone to Mapfre warranty about this vendor. I would never recommend these guys to anyone."

Having your car breakdown is never a nice experience but I can't thank the lovely woman (can't remember name) and driver Dan who helped me with my car enough. The lady on the phone was so nice and easy to talk to explain my situation, she called me back exactly when she said she would. The driver was super professional and still made us laugh in an upsetting time. J&S motors got to me within 30 mins of the first phone call when my insurance had left me waiting for 4 hours.

Saturday evening, going to Slane for Harry Styles and hit a bad pot-hole and ended up needing assistance to replace two tyres. Shane provided assistance to bring the car to a tyre centre and organise transport for us to the concert and saved the day!Shane was friendly and professional and got us sorted. I could not have asked for more.

We have been using J&S Motors for a nunber of years for servicing both mine and my wife's cars. And on more than one occasion I have had to use their towing service on my car. In all that time I cannot fault the services they provide. Their professionalism, courtesy , communication and expertise in all matters mechanical are second to none.
