Plumbs Reupholstery & Sofa Covers
My mum paid 3500 for new covers which were made wrong. They were Taken back altered but still did not fit. Have been taken away again to be recut. Customer service is appalling not once has anyone apologised . Customer service manager was so rude and very abrupt when mum called. To complain said she would call back and did not. Would not recommend this company to any one. This has been a nightmare since the beginning of December. Totally unacceptable still ongoing.
