Initially I was unsure whether to use M Bailey, usually I’d go for a big name but I’d heard good things. I opted to use them and wasn’t disappointed, very professional approach and the Terms and costs were made very clear from the start. Excellent marketing and sales staff very attentive to detail. Michael and the team came to our rescue, after losing a sale due to our chain falling through and our second agent failing to secure a sale, Michael instantly excelled bringing a new sense of purpose to the marketing, including a walk through video tour, bringing us a steady stream of viewings, resulting in an offer at our listed price. The timing of this offer was critical as it allowed us to offer on our dream property. Despite a very stressful few months with many lows through the conveyancing process Michael and the team worked tirelessly with us 7 days a week and at short notice to keep the sale on track. Using Michael and his team for selling our home has been a dream start to finish! From the get go Michael reassured me in his confidence to achieve the timescale/price we were after and from start to finish delivered on that.Choosing an estate agent is never fun, and I was unsure initially, through complete honesty, due to there being many “budget” estate agents available. We recently used Michael Bailey Estate Agents on the recommendation of our letting agents. This turned out to be a great recommendation as we were kept regularly informed regarding viewings through the designated WhatsApp chat set up by MB and by phone updates on how the viewings went. Once the sale was agreed, the WhatsApp chat was used by MB and their sales progression manager to keep the sale process on track and free from stalling. I have never experienced the use of a sales progression manager before, and I can confidently say it was a service that is proactive, comforting, informative, and reduces the timescale of the sale / purchase.

We had initially used a different Estate Agents who delivered disappointing service. From the moment Michael & his team were introduced they were attentive throughout.
