We called Barry in desperation as our washing machine was leaking, and within 20 minutes he was at our property. Barry was polite and professional and after careful inspection of the machine, had got to the root cause of the problem. He simply would not give up until our appliance was fixed, even though a new pump was needed but was out of stock, he managed to repair the old pump! Barry was absolutely phenomenal and we would not hesitate to use him again in the future. Thank you so much for your patience and everything you did to help us both. It's greatly appreciated Barry!

I contacted Barry based on the great reviews and wasn’t disappointed. He came out the next day to fix our dishwasher - lovely chap, very friendly and efficient and the dishwasher is working again perfectly. Would highly recommend Barry and team will be on speed dial for any other issues we have! Fair pricing and far more competitive than the exorbitant manufacturer call-outs. A+++!

Our washing machine drum broke last Monday. I really didn’t want to add more to landfill for environmental reasons and the machine was otherwise fine. Barry talked me through the costs and the machine was fixed and back a week later. And it was cheaper than buying the equivalent from new. I’d be happy to use again, friendly and professional. Excellent! Kevin got my dishwasher up and running following a flood. He was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. It is always environmentally good to keep going with repairable goods rather than scrapping them and buying new, so we will be using Cambridge Appliance Repairs again. Highly recommended, pleasant to deal with and excellent value for money.

Kevin and Barry spent 4 hours getting our new dishwasher installed. That's because the old one was wedged in incredibly oddly, with pipes and wires threaded all over the place. (They even had to put on a new electrical wall plate.) They only charged their flat call-out fee despite putting in half a day's work on it. Would use again in a heartbeat.
