Did an excellent job moving my parents out of their bungalow and into a second floor flat. Professional, hard working yet jovial to help during what could have been a stressful day. Would highly recommend them to anybody.

Browns were absolutely fantastic when we moved at the end of November. Nothing was too much trouble and we genuinely enjoyed the moving day which we never thought we'd say! Ian is pretty much the nicest man on the planet and the guys that moved us were all incredibly helpful, polite and Stevie in particular was an absolute gem!

We moved house this week, and I am so pleased we chose Brown's to do our removals. Outstanding service from start to finish, arrived bang on time and did a fantastic job carefully loading and transporting our belongings. Nothing was too much trouble, and the team on the day were courteous and brought several laughs to what would have otherwise been a very stressful day. Thank you Ian and the team.It wouldn't be fair not to mention Vicki also, who could not have been more helpful during the booking process and on the day itself.

Fantastic service from Ian and his team during a large and difficult move that was delayed by my partner not being able to get his keys until 5.30pm. Throughout the entire loading and unloading process, the team worked tirelessly to make sure that everything was carefully handled and placed where it needed to be, providing much needed advice and reassurance to us throughout. We only needed a cast iron radiator taking upstairs & didnt think anyone would be interetsed however James arranged for 4 blokes to nip over & sort it out which they did - thank you so much - very efficient service!!!

We used Brown's for our house move a couple of weeks back and we were so pleased with their service.We were messed around by the first removal company we contacted so we enquired with Brown's. The owner, an actual human (the other company did it virtually), came to 'measure up' and we could tell there was nothing that would be too much trouble.Our first move date was unfortunately delayed but Vicky in the office was wonderful and got it moved for us with no fuss.Our date came along and the 3 lads that turned up were on time (early in fact), got on with the job swiftly with no fuss and lots of humour.We got our keys in good time and they had us unloaded by late afternoon. I very much hope they had a nice early finish that Friday, they deserved it! The day ran seamlessly and it was probably the least stressful day throughout the whole process of our sale & purchase! Browns were absolutely perfect on our removal day in August. Despite being a slightly different type of removal, they adapted their resources and price to it perfectly giving us a very good deal. On the day they turned up as arranged and took very good care of all our items and were careful at both properties not to damaged anything. Mark and Luke were absolutely brilliant on the day and I could not believe how much they could lift and the care they took. Without a doubt, a 5 star rating all round and I can thoroughly recommend them.

We used Browns Removals for our recent home move their quote was the most competitive . The lads that did the move where excellent they worked hard all day and were very friendly. There was a wardrobe to be refitted, however there was a piece of carpet missing so they could not refit the wardrobe on the day. They agreed to come back after we had a new carpet fitted to fit the wardrobe, which they have now done at no extra charge.I would have no hesitation to recommending them to anyone. They were professional from start to finish. Very pleased. Thank you.

Booked this company in October and had to change removal dates 4 times. Vicki in the office was very patient and understanding. Finally moved last week, James, his father and the rest of his team were very professional and most of all very funny, they made our move fun!!! Would highly recommend this company. Excellent customer care and service.
