Kate was wonderful with my son. After an injury, she was able to get him back to a full range of movement. Very happy and I would definitely recommend Kate.

Physioflexx Ayrshire (Prestwick)
I initially attended Physioflexx for treatment to alleviate the pain caused by a previous hip fracture. Samar and Nicole have provided excellent treatment and care. They also gave helpful advice for home exercises. In addition I have attended Pilates classes with exercises that are beneficial to my hip issues. I continue to attend for regular deep tissue massages. I would definitely recommend Physioflexx for their care and professional services.

I've been treated by Physioflexx Ayrshire for more than one problem, since March this year.It's been excellent and everyone I've met there have been great, friendly and positive.My physio, Nicole Clarke, has been fantastic and provided an excellent service to me in a friendly and professional manner.My physical shape and structure is so much better now than it was when I first went.I take part in regular Pilates classes still which I find very beneficial.I heartily recommend this business if you wish to improve well-being.

I’ve been seeing Ryan for the past 4 months. He has been fantastic at getting to the bottom of knee pain I’ve had but giving me the knowledge of how to keep on top of everything. Very knowledgeable and friendly environment. Would 100% recommend to anyone!

Was in a high impact crash neck shoulder and back was badly damaged .had bein. and Samar as my physios they were brilliant really good at there job between the two of them they've got me back on track 10 out of 10 for phsioflexx and for bein and Samar thanks guys great job

Having struggled with knee pain caused by arthritis for a couple of years, I initially enquired about acupuncture for pain relief. After working with Ryan over the last few months , my mobility, flexibility and strength in my knee have greatly improved. Through exercise, acupuncture sessions and knee taping my pain levels have markedly reduced. I feel so much better. Everyone I’ve met at the clinic is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I would have no hesitation in recommending this practice. Thank you so much!
