Fine unless something goes wrong with phone then extremely rude and unhelpful to the extent we paid £80 excess to claim new phone through our insurance rather than deal with them any further, despite the phone being still under warranty and going wrong within 5 months of purchasing it. The lady we dealt with was truly awful. Avoid.

If your buying or taking a new contract out they are all over you, anything else they dont have time for it, the tone in the voice says it all .Poor communication with unwilling staff

I found the two staff there very helpful friendly, they also have me a very good deal much better than the one from three plus they showed an interest in you with no pressure on buying anything. Which I did take a deal out with them because of their attitude and it being a much better phone signal.
