Sarah is a lovely, friendly lady whose Pilates classes are down to earth and enjoyable. She is an extremely talented teacher and makes everyone feel welcome. Very reasonable, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Sarah’s Pilates classes are always incredible - so much planning goes into them, adapting it to suit your individual needs and I always come out feeling like I have a new back after! Don’t hesitate to book in and give it a go, plus we always have a good laugh too! Would give 5+ stars if I could.

I've really enjoyed doing pilates with Sarah each week - she is so encouraging and keeps the classes fun and varied. Pilates sets me up for the week and I would recommend this class for every level of experience. Thank you Sarah! X

Sarah CochranI have been going to Sarah’s Pilates classes for a while and she is a five star trainer. Her classes are never exactly the same so you are never bored. Everything is geared to suit different levels and it is always fun. Sarah’s knowledge is exceptional and she is very professional. I have recently moved away but I still drive for 30 minutes to attend theses classes. I thoroughly recommend Sarah’s classes.

I recently started going to Sarah’s Pilates classes and really enjoy them. Great for all abilities and ages, allowing you to alter each exercise if you feel you can do harder or easier variations! I feel great after the classes and will continue to go

Sarah manages to be a very professional Pilates trainer whilst maintaining a great class atmosphere and sense of humour . Through her classes my flexibility and strength have vastly improved and a stiff damaged shoulder is now pain free . Thank you Sarah ,I really look forward to your classes every week .

Sarah’s classes are brilliant! She is very knowledgeable and switches things around so you have different moves every week, it never gets boring. The pay as you go facility is also a real bonus. Thoroughly recommended!

Clear Balance Pilates
Sarah is amazing. The drop in format is great, allows for you to use as much or as little as you like. Extraordinary value at £9. The classes are a good mix of routine exercises and new stuff and you can adjust to meet your own abilities. I’ve been going for 5 years and it really has made a difference to both my physical health (keeping back pain at bay) and mental health too. Would highly recommend.
