**Simply Outstanding** - from first point of contact in the shop it was clear that Charles was the right person for the job. His passion and knowledge for his trade is apparant from the offset. Everyone we have spoken as the shop are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble, no pushy sales techniques, just simple easy to understand honest advice. Initially we just wanted our bedroom floored. This was completed to such a high quality standard that over the next couple of months we have had 3 more rooms done too - absolutely cannot recommend Charles and his team enough - 10/10 in all aspects of service.
