Lots of parking, including children's spaces. There is a cafe which is nice but it takes a relatively long time to be served food and it is self service for drinks and the coffee machines have often been out of action. The toilets are fine, taps super hot and difficult to get in thriugh the doors if you have a pram/wheelchair. The actual store is really nice and clean, very well stocked. Hot food sells out quickly but they do restock throughout the day.

Went for breakfast before shopping I won't make that mistake again. The staff are friendly but massively over busy and under pressure taking orders and serving I feel sorry for them. Clearly no one is monitoring their workload. Result was it took half an hour to get a sausage sandwich by which time I'd finished my cup of tea. I was offered another for free but I'd lost the will to live by then

Not been for ages, prices a bit to high there are cheaper, five doughnuts for fifty pence, price now 89p. However nice cafe, nice cup of tea and sandwiches

I would like to say a great big thank you to the security officer the ladies in the cafe for helping me find my handbag yesterday . It was good of you all to spend time checking. And I'did find it thanks again . Morrison's staff Stockton Heath.

Generally speaking I like Morrison's, usually they provide quite good customer service and the prices are reasonable.On this occasion however I'm very disappointed. 9pm and not a single person on the till. What you will be told is that you can always ask for assistance if you ever question the fact that there is absolutely no one on the till.I asked the only lady that was around for some assistance The lady responded: ' just put the items on the till and just scan it love' and walked away. Cleaning some screens as the shop was pretty empty and there was only a few customers. I managed to do more than half myself and when she came around I said again I could really do with some assistance here. She wasn't happy she just slide the remaining shopping saying there you go and walked awayI finished packing everything myself as she couldn't be bothered to put them into the bags.It's all good to say you can always ask for assistance but in this case it was not possible I found it extremely disappointing and I stand by what I said before it would be ideal to leave one person on the till for all them people who need some help including elderly people or disabled people or people with some struggles at the end of the day we are paying customers.I'm not sure if I will ever come back to use Morrison's again, here or anywhere else in the country.

Today we visited Morrisons at Stockton Heath for the first time. It was clean and tidy and laid out similar to others I've visited. We got everything we wanted, but I'm not likely to return because of a very mixed reception of customer service from staff. The lady on our checkout was wonderful. We had a laugh and joke as she worked quickly and efficiently. On the way out we stopped by an unmanned charity bookstall. There was a chained charity box for the money and we were trying to put £5 note in. It just wouldn't go in and kept popping out the slot, as the thing was full. We had no way of knowing if Morrisons emptied these, so I asked a lady at the self service area Excuse me

I think people are voting with their feed on the cafe. Very quiet. Jacket potato cold, didn't melt the cheese. What a weird cheese toastie. Was it mayo and cheese?

Nice store that's well stocked , great produce, staff are friendly and very helpful, also found the worlds smallest on the shelf toilet rolls, what's that about, car park is easy to navigate and has ample parking, cash machine out the front of shop, and a petrol station,
