Greenwich Cycle Workshop - Bicycle Servicing and Repairs

I had such a great experience at Greenwich Cycle Workshop getting my Pashley fixed. It was ready the next day, which is amazing, considering they are quite busy. Amazing, friendly service, great communication, very fair pricing. Very happy. Thank you so much!

I popped in here as I was passing and they were open on a Sunday.They sorted me out with a part that I couldn't find in other stores previously.The man I spoke with was very lovely and the other guy was welcoming too.I didn't have a service as I am not at all near them so that would be daft but I just wanted to say how kind and helpful they were.

Had broken two spokes on my front wheel, left it with the guys whilst I went for a pint, spokes were fixed and wheel was realigned to perfection. I have an old steel framed race bike and was fortunate that they had the parts in that I needed for the repair. Been out every day since and the wheel is still true which makes it a joy to ride, allowing me to focus on my cycling. The quotation was better than that of my other local cycle shop (of which had a 2 week waiting time). These guys are both more efficient and cost effective. Thanks again.

I’m feeling very lucky to have this shop next to me. They are always friendly and very helpful. Usually very fast too. They fixed my bike and my son’s bike many times and they always give me a great service. I really recommend them.

These guys are nearest to me and had good reviews. Some of the 1-star reviews are fascinating read of people that clearly expect a company to drop everything at the promise of money or future custom. It is good a business has care for customers who have been waiting that little bit longer.My bike was with them for a little while as I had asked them to change a number of parts, which took time due to being on order with their supplier - out of their control.Kept me updated and bike has come back in tip top condition. As long as I am in the area, I will be back again as the service was great and for me, at a reasonable cost.

Have been taking my bikes there for a few years, which was highly recommended by a friend. I can honestly say it is the best bike shop in London To service my bikes. Outstanding customer service from Jameel and his father, being honest and not trying to push you for the expensive stuff, instead, suggesting what i really need! Every time, the bikes ride really well after the service!

No need to go anywhere else! If you live in Greenwich or the surrounding area this is the only place to go to get your bike fixed. Dropped mine off less than 24 hours before and got a text saying it was ready for collection, not to mention how friendly they both are! Great stuff all round.
