Mandy came to the rescue and managed to get 30 Christmas biscuits put aside for me for a school even though I’d given her a wrong number (by mistake) she saved them so I could collect them at 7.10 am thank you dorringtons xxxx

Went to Dorringtons today to got my daughter biscuits that she really loves. There was one lady in there. 2 rude girls at the till told me to leave my 4 years old daughter outside as its only 2 people ment to be in. How rude and discusting. Never ever in my life will I go there again.

Stuff don't practice proper hand hygiene. I saw one of their staff touch her noise and then went on to touch a customers bread bare handed. If they could wear kitchen gloves when handling bread. Other than that they have good services.

Went into shop today .short rotund lady at hot food drinks counter talking to some man .completely ignored me .the slim younger assistant was running around serving all at bread cake end .when the rotund lady had finished her talk I said can i have 2 teas please .She walked off I pursumed to get my tea .waited 3 mins she came back completely ignored me .and no tea how rude .then had to wait whilst 4 other people were served to finally get my tea .all i can say is the young assistant worked so hard .while short rotund lady in black top did nothing

Expensive and rude staff. They look as if they are not happy to work there. They close at 4 people finish work at 5 so no service for those who want to have a fresh bread with their dinner.

Fantastic bakers. Great bread and lovely cakes. Try the Bavarian Custard cakes if you get a chance, they are fantastic. Also recommend the Ginger Danish slice
