Samsung partner in crime, will tell you clothing damage is user error due to overloading or putting the wrong items on to higher spin. Been out to this machine multiple times, after the last visit and telling us this machine was perfectly fine we placed two new cotton items on a daily 4kg wash at 1200 rpm spin one came out with a hole and a greasy mark. Was told to discuss this with the next engineer who was going to replace the belt, he said he couldn’t comment ran off.Engineer was supposed to report the damaged from door panel which has been replaced once before (along with spring, door seal & drum) but apparently that hasn’t been sent to Samsung who say the machine is perfectly fine.This perfectly fine washing machine has then eaten a pair of children’s cotton leggings yesterday during a way underloaded cotton was at 1200 rpm....

Someone came to repair my washer/dryer last week. He left saying issue should be resolved and that if I had any more problems to call back. Today I called again saying the issue wasn't resolved, my clothes are coming out drenched, only when I put the drying setting on. The man on the phone told me they wouldn't come back out as it was an issue with my drainage system. I explained that if that were the case then my clothes would be drenched on a normal wash (without adding the dryer setting) and they are not. It's only when I use drying setting that the washer doesn't work as it should. Also I would have blockages in my sinks and shower if the drains are to blame. The man continued trying to pass the buck saying there is no issues with my washer. Not the case. I've had to escalate to Samsung and ask them to send a different company to have a look.I would go elsewhere if your looking for repairs, the man on the phone wasn't helpful at all.

Called this firm to diagnose and repair a fault on an old Samsung refrigerator. A couple of chaps turned up, one an apprentice. I was inspired and impressed by how the mentor called Adam, went through the diagnostics with care and precision to his colleague Jamie. Adam was extremely professional in his work and concluded the diagnosis after a thorough examination of the appliance. Unfortunately, given its age, they no longer carried the specific faulty part. The team were lovely to meet and were respectful of my home. The follow up visit was made by John, who also demonstrated how time served his experience was. He too showed the same respect, clearly demonstrating the great culture of this firm. Its refreshing to see older people working with younger ones and demonstrating traditional values and placing the customer first.I highly recommend them.Chris

Our Samsung oven started to play up, glowing bright red which wasn't normal and seemed it could be dangerous.Booked an engineer from Blizzard Refrigeration via Samsung, who came out within a week, turned the oven on & off, said it was fine, and of course it burnt out completely later that night. They didn't test for anything other than turning the oven on & off, charged £75 and completely ignored me when I said it didn't usually glow.Very lucky it didn't cause a wider house fire. Blizzard Refrigeration were useless - Avoid.

We bought a Samsung dryer and after around 6 month it started making a horrible noise, we called samsung who sent blizzaard refrigeration out to fix under warranty, they turned up and after removing back panel they said they had fixed it after around 15mins, he said it was the fan and is a common fault but I've sorted it. A ferw month later it did it again they returned and only took 5 minutes or so to fix it. Now a few year down the line and out of warranty it's making the same noise, I called out a local repair man who took off the back cover to reveal the bodge repair blizzard had done, to my horror the fan motor drops down and the fan catches on the housing , the way they fixed this was to lift up the motor so it is centre and wedge two screws underneath to hold it in place, obviously after time and the vibration they had worked loose causing the motor to drop and the fan to catch. I have spoken to Samsung and blizzard who are willing to come and repair their bodge job at my cost.

Communication prior to my repair was spot on. The Engineer turned up when they said he would. He was very professional and polite, even thoughthe pipes and cable had to be fed behind the kitchen units for him to access the washing machine. The whole dosing unit was replaced, and the machine works perfectly.I needed to ask the Engineer a question after he had left, I called Blizzard who contacted him and got straight back to me with the answer. None of the usual put on hold, leave a message or choose an option, rubbish.Great service all round.
