Had an appointment with Sian, a year since I last had my haircut. She was fantastic and immediately had a feel for what I wanted without me having to utter more than a few words!Lovely to chat to and a great environment - I think I’ve just found my new go to hairdresser! I won’t leave it so long next time!

The worst haircut ever!! I was in and out of the salon within 30 minutes for a wash cut and blow dry. As a new customer, I had about a 5 minute consultation with Emma who agreed my current hairstyle looked like 2 in 1". Not great seeing that the last hair cut I had was also at the Hair Lounge with a stylist called Sam!I specifically asked Emma not to cut any length off my fringe

Kelly did a beautiful cut on my hair and put the colour on. Then I had the gorgeous Emma who popped my eyebrow cherry and gave me a beautiful blow dry.I'm so happy with both and feel very glam. The eyebrows look incredible and very natural I'm now a total convert. Emma was wonderful, clearly has tons of experience with eyebrows and hair and made me feel very relaxed. I Will definitely be back for both and how convenient that I could do hair and eyebrows together. Thank you Emma and Kelly for making me feel very special.

I can’t believe the transformation, after two long years of not having my hair done Charlotte worked miracles on my hair today. I absolutely love it. My first time at the salon and Charlotte made me feel very welcome and was lovely throughout. Very knowledgeable and has done an amazing job. Would definitely recommend. Thank you so so so much for my gorgeous new hair. I feel like a new confident woman. Definitely coming again.

Fantastic experience! I went here for my first haircut in at least 5 years and was quite anxious, the team were lovely and really friendly making me feel really comfortable. The lady that washed my hair (sorry I’d didn’t catch her name) was fantastic and was extremely careful making sure water didn’t go in my ears after saying I have issues with this due to chronic ear infections. A beautiful haircut done by Kelly and the whole salon had such a lovely feel to it. After 5 years of not having my hair done I am now heading back in January to get it coloured. I would fully recommend!

There are not enough stars available to praise this hair salon enough. After a bad experience and colour disaster at another salon, my hair was really starting to get me down. I popped into the Hair Lounge to see if there was anything that could be done to make it look better, with the expectation that I might have to have a lot of my length chopped off due to excessive bleach damage.After my appointment I am beyond surprised at the result! From the moment I stepped through the door the atmosphere was lovely, and the customer service was second to none. The wonderful Phil went out of his way to help sort out my locks, and put me completely at ease. He worked some absolute magic; fixing my hair from an awful fake blonde, to a beautiful natural looking colour. Phil has used some great products on my hair to help restore the condition and he also fixed my cut too, whilst managing to keep the length as well,.I absolutely LOVE how my hair looks now and cannot thank Phil enough. He hasn't just fixed my hair as I feel so much better in myself knowing my hair looks great.This salon is a great little find and I will not go anywhere else to get my hair done now. Cannot wait to go back for my next appointment, and so looking forward to seeing what the salon looks like after the refurbishment!
