If I could give 6 stars I would! Can't recommend Approved Roofing and Building highly enough. Ste and his team have done a lot of work for us. - new roof, repairs to rendering and then painting, gutter maintenance. Communication between Approved Roofing & Building and the customer is first class. I have never had to worry about my queries not being answered or workmen not turning up! Ste and his team are professional, polite, friendly and nothing is too much trouble which really puts my mind at rest! A breath of fresh air when unfortunately there are so many unreliable tradesmen out there.

I asked approved roofing to do the works needed on my roof. I ended up getting it all replaced as it was over 100 years old. I'm very happy with the result.

I have used Ste for a job to repair the roof of my home. From the moment we first spoke, Ste knew exactly what the problem is and gave a reasonable quote for the job. Ste & the other bloke came within the agreed time & carried out the job. Once they completed the job, Ste explained exactly what they did in detail. Ste said to contact him if there are any more problems with the roof. Let me tell you, Ste is an ablsolute brilliant & down to earth person, as he knows his stuff & I recommend using him for anything to do with any roofing issues, just give him a chance & he'll deliver. He also went above & beyond just to make sure that there are no issues on the roof. Ste also gives a lot of good advice as well. I would no doubt, look to be using him again in the future should I need to get any roofing jobs carried out.
