I worked for this company for a while.And I have to say its probably the best security firm I've ever worked for. Very professional, fair and a pleasure to work for. Great management and a great team of guys to work with. If you need security services........ these are the only guys you need.

I write this post as Chair of Basildon Pride. VIP security have worked with us as partners on the event since our first mini Pride in 2018. They were a critical component of our parade and festival in 2019 and supported us right the way through the planning an implementation stage.They were flexible in their approach and support with more than just the delivery of security services including helping with site set up.The team who worked our event were friendly and approachable in their conduct throughout the event.We would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for security services.

A great organisation to work for, i personally have always been treated with respect by the friendly and professional management team and everyone within the organisation for that matter, and even had the pleasure of personally working the Doors and events with the Managing director Mr VIP himself who still plays a very active role in the daily running of the company. Fair and regular pay which has never been late. you can also (within reason) pick and choose what work you want to do. Highly recommend working here.
