Where do i start with this,if you are after vinetian blinds please please do not even contemplate going here we mr and mrs Murray have been waiting 4 months now for our blinds and yet they still cant give us a date on when they will be here to be fitted and when we asked for our money back we were told by the head of department we cant have our money back the customer service here is none existent they are a total joke who just tell you a whole load of lies

Very impressed with this store. Called in as we wanted some bedroom curtains. Staff were very helpful and friendly but without the pressure. We were pointed in the right direction by a member of staff. Found exactly what we wanted straight away. I don't mean this in a bad way but we were in and out with what we wanted, in about 15 minutes. Fantastic.

I've used this shop for years. Staff are really friendly and very knowledgeable.A good range of fabrics and the cafe is really nice.It's a little more expensive since it moved to the big store but still really good.

Bought a pair of tab top curtains. When I unpackaged them they had been used, there were marks where the hooks had been and some of the tab top thread had been pulled out of the tape. Clearly used sold as new. Was not impressed

What can I say. Had a small problem with a pair of ready made curtains. Have to say the customer service was initially exceptional & I don't use that word lightly. Went above and beyond to assist me. Will definately recommend & use again. If only all retailers offered this level of service. I used to deal with high level complaints for a large electronics retailer so I know what level of service is excellent. Thank You. UPDATE : AS CURTAINS WERE FAULTY WAS ADVISED TO RETURN AND P&P WOULD BE REFUNDED, CHASED UP BUT NEVER DONE. BIT OF A LET DOWN AFTER SUCH GOOD SERVICE

I patiently waited to try and get some assistance regarding curtains I would like to buy and fabric I would like to look at, however the two assistants did not even look at me. I thought they are busy and just be patient and wait, but after 10 minutes of not even a basic recognition or acknowledgement that I was there I decided just to leave. If this is the Customer service at first point of contact then I do not think purchasing anything here is a good idea.
