Irwin Tiles & Hardwood Floors

Dreadful company to do business with.I purchased over €5000 worth of tiles from them. They forgot to deliver grout with order. I made the 35k journey to collect only to be told that they would have to check security camera footage of my order been despatched before they would give me the missing item and to come back next day. All this hassle for a €18 bag of grout. Shocking way to do businesses. The staff have serious attitude problem I am very disappointed with how they dealt with my problem. Stay clear they dont deserve your business.

Horrible experience with them, bought tiles online and they have canceled the order and they said they don't have the tiles and took forever to return the money. Then second time when we went to the store, 4 hours driving back and forth. after we picked the tiles and are ready to pay they said in the last minute that it is our policy that you MUST buy the tiles with the adhesive. we had the adhesive but one of the managers Robert" said "if you want these tiles you buy the adhesive with it". This policy has not been mentioned anywhere on their website so I thought I should update it. They refuse to give this to you in writing and it is not mentioned anywhere but right before you want to purchase the tiles. Worst customer service in Ireland."

Amazing place. We travelled from Clare to shop here as they have beautiful tiles we couldn't find anywhere else. We saved so much buying here and Martina couldn't have been more helpful. She spent so much time with us matching grout and advising quantities and she's also holding the tiles in storage for us. Would definitely buy here again and advise anyone to come have a look at their huge range of products.

Purchased wooden floors and tiles there on a few occasions. Always been quality products never had an issues. Good size showroom to choose from or get ideas. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Another nice thing is that they generally have everything you want in stock so no need to wait weeks on delivery. A good all round experience we'll worth the visit if your looking for floors or tiles.

Unfortunately I have to update my experience with Irwin tiles.So you need to know that it is their policy that you MUST buy the adhesive with the tiles and they don't care that you already have them.I have uploaded my experience with them and the next thing I got was an UNFRIENDLY phone call (no explanation needed) and they cancelled my order and I have to wait god knows how many weeks to get my money back to get other tiles.I absolutely don't understand what is so scary to have that policy updated for them on the websites.Absolutely not recommended. Please read through their reviews and wish you luck if you need customer service.

Got lots of tiles from them, big and small, for my 2 new bathrooms. The quality of the tiles is amazing. Their price is much cheaper than others, especially compared to Dublin shops. Customer service was excellent. I ordered on the phone. Eilish was extremely professional and very helpful. The delivery was very fast and smooth. Highly recommend them.

Irwin tiles are one of the best and most obliging companies I have dealt with.We were in the middle of having a bathroom installation when we discovered that we were short on tiles. Irwin Tiles moved heaven and earth to get tiles to us whilst our work force was on site.A big thanks to Sara who made a superhuman effort to arrange everything.

Ordered floor tiles from Irwin Tiles via their website for delivery. Found their website easy to use, fast efficient delivery and quality of products to be excellent. Dealt with Eilish from customer service who was excellent. Would happily recommend to anyone and would purchase from again.

Great choice of tiles. I highly recommend this shop for someone seeking for quality tiles. The service is impeccable and all the staff is nice and with a lot of knowledge and with the attention to detail.
