Asked for some work on the n/s sill and the front bumper. They didn't do one of the jobs which I asked for and said 'they couldn't see it in the photo' when it was clearly visible. The sill job was okay, but there is a diamond shaped dent in the sill at some angles which just looks odd. They didn't even bother to replace the rear arch stone chip sticker. Pretty poor. The front bumper work which was done was good though.

They're not customer-focused. If the job can be done easily, they give you the quote to suit the way they want to work (of course the easiest for them); otherwise they tell you they don't do it.
