We were in a rush for a mortgage and HSBC's first appointment to just see if we could get a mortgage was two and a half weeks away. When in Peter Heron, one of the girls recommended Jonathan so we decided to give him a go. Not only did we get a meeting that day but the next day the mortgage was sorted! We had lots of other problems along the was which were not related to Jonathan but he was not only really helpful but rally quick also. We would not have got our present house if it was not for him.

Jonathan was our guide through the mortgage and house buying process. Being first time buyers it can all be a bit daunting but Jonathan made the whole process simple and easy to understand from the application, questions we had, documentation required until completion. Jonathan made us feel very comfortable and was very professional through the process but was very approachable and able to answer all of our questions and find us the best deal possible for our mortgage and insurance requirements. I would very highly recommend anyone to use Jonathan as the service he provides is top class.

Went to see Jonny for some initial advice and he came across very knowledgeable about what my options were. Unfortunatley due to becoming redundnet I didnt go ahead in the end but will be meeting up in the coming months once im back in employment.
