I purchased a Mercedes from the Horesham branch, great car but after 6 months had a few issues. I took it to my local branch in Hedge End with no joy. But when I went back to Horesham the level of customer care I experienced from the manager (Gavin) was fantastic. Resolved all my issues, kept me informed and I could not be more grateful. What a team!!Thank you to Joe who whilst changing the oil on my car, checked the tyres and fluid levels as a courtesy.The price was exactly as I was quoted by Dawn earlier that morning, even though it took it a little longer than expected.Also Alan & Dave in the showroom who were attentive and chatty.Who knew waiting in a garage could be such a pleasure.This place will be my first call for any future car/mechanic needs.

Can't fault this dealership. Responded to all enquiries, and provided a great service. They let you make your decision without pressure and I even test drove my new car on my own with partner. Loved the car and as we had been in contact was able to take it the same day. Unfortunately, I left a little momento in my old car, I sent an email to see if they could post it back to me, and this has been safely received. Solid, genuine professional advice! Dropped in looking for an Audi TT, having scoured Autotrader for weeks. Although they didn't have one at Prestige Cars, Steve was so accommodating, helpful and generous with his advice. With his insight and Audi/industry expertise we now know exactly what spec we're looking for in a TT. If we could buy from him we would, and if one turns up at Prestige Cars we probably will. Couldn't recommend more highly!
