After 4 caravans with Dyce ,we ordered a motorhome from Bailey last Nov, well come Feb we noticed that the wet room had been changed from Grey to white ,plus Bailey nor Dyce thought to tell us of these changes to spec.when challenged Dyce response which was abrupt, they reserve the right to change spec.Sorry thats not what i ordered and so i cancelled after driving 200 miles round trip to inspect one which had my original spec as ordered.Dyce now withholding full deposit .Better dealers and customer service available down the A 90 where customer satisfaction is a key priority.Buyers be aware

Went to view caravan stock. Saw one we liked, asked for key, door was opened and wasn’t left alone to have a look around. I know this place has been there for years, which surprises me looking at other reviews, but been there before and it’s not user friendly. 100%, won’t be going back.Went to another dealer, just outside Aberdeen and it was so customer friendly, left you in peace, bought a caravan so all good.Ok, amendment.My last review was slightly over the top.The reason I put that in was that while we were looking inside a caravan we weren’t left alone, as you would expect, just to discuss what we both thought. Did feel like we were being watched.That being said.We did go back and we did by one form here, Stuart was very helpful and informative, ensuring we had a peace of mind that if there were any problems within the warranty period, it would be taken care of.Picked up caravan on 17th April, Stuart went through the handover, in detail, also some tips on certain things, which was useful.Hopefully we won’t have any issues but if we do I’m confident that it will be sorted out efficiently.

Purchased my first caravan from Stuart and service was exceptional from start to finish! From viewing to handover, I was looked after and everything explained in detail. Thank you!

Will never return. Bought the van here, needed repaired twice, same repair leaked again, they were going to charge me more than £1000 pounds to redo what they had done previously. Got registered caravan engineer to carry out the work for £200. He commented that the first job had not been done properly. Very disappointed. Need to attend customer focus training.

Couldn't be bothered to answer an email query regarding a caravan service.Must be good to be that busy that you can afford to lose business and customers.Follow up to reply from Dyce, email was sent 29/11, have now gone elsewhere.

The team at Dyce Caravans did an excellent job cleaning my Motorhome with their wash & wax service. Really impressed, thank you!

Bought caravan from here what great staff service they go over and beyond to help u out. Travel 3 hours or so bit well worth it.

We purchased our first motorhome from Stuart a few years ago at Dyce Caravans with the option to keep it on site. I have always received the best product knowledge, and customer service from the whole team including Brian, Sara 1, Sara 2 and Claire, whether it’s a habitation service, parts, repairs or just motorhome tech I could probably live without. I can genuinely say from experience this family run business will go out of their way to assist and definitely go the extra mile to help you out. This is a company I trust and would highly recommend. Wife says I need to quit visiting so much so that we can save for more adventures!

Good reception when I arrived and attention to detail. This is not the case when you collect your rig. The camera they fitted for me was not installed to manafacture's guidance and exceptional poor work.
