Niels came round super quickly when we had a plumbing emergency late at night, got everything fixed and explained what he was doing as he went. Even added a more accessible isolator so that similar issues won't be as much of an emergency in future! Really nice guy and really professional, 100% recommend.

We had water coming through our ceiling on a Saturday evening, Niels was extremely quick to arrive and track down the source of the issue and had the leak stopped in no time. He was very friendly and messaged me the next day to check everything was working, I would definitely suggest him to anyone.

Excellent Service! Niels was extremely professional, helpful and very accommodating throughout. He came out on the same day that I called him (which was a Sunday evening!!!) to replace the shower pump. He also kindly stayed on longer to deal with another problem I had with the sink. He has a kind and friendly manner and fully explained what he was doing throughout. I was very impressed and would highly recommend him! Thank you Niels!

Amazing!We pay monthly for boiler cover and when our pump failed to our central heating, we were told at 7am that an engineer would be with us at 2pm. This then got delayed and we were told that the engineer would attend between 4pm and 8pm. At 10pm the engineer arrived and told us what we already knew, that the pump was broken and needed replacing. He didn't have a pump and so would need to come back the next day and would be with us by 2pm. The next day he then told us he wouldn't be with us until 5pm and alarm bells starting to ring. In the meantime we rang Niels who said he could be with us in 15 minutes and in less than a hour later we had central heating back. Fantastic service and a very reasonable rate. 10/10 would reccomend.

Niels (aka Dane Plumbing) is fantastic. We had used several plumbers/heating engineers to try to fix our central heating system, but it was not until Niels came that we discovered and fully understood what was going on. He transformed our home - in a few hours. He is responsive and highly knowledgeable, and is the most expert and effective tradesperson we have ever used. He additionally provided precise and helpful follow-up advice over the phone. Highly highly recommended.

Niels, attended a leak at our home. The service was excellent and very knowledgeable. He ensured all in working order prior to leaving the job. After a pipe explosion in our professional kitchen, Niels was with us within an hour of our call and had us up and running within 2 hours.Professional, quick, very tidy, and wanted to fix the problem without creating more work. (I've found others before creating issues that need to be fixed in order to finish the job that just aren't needed).Honest, super kind and caring plumber. Had a dishwasher dropped off by Currys who were adamant that no installation was purchased with it. Called around and found this chap! Super helpful; refitted our back pipes as they were seized up. Great service all around.

Discovered Dane Plumbing & Heating via a Google search and can now understand why Neils has so many 5-star reviews. How refreshing to find an expert tradesman who delivers from your initial contact right through to completing the job and beyond. We had an unexplained water overflow from tanks in our house loft and, due to a ludicrous installation by a previous owner, the access was beyond difficult. Neils attended promptly and he quickly understood the issue and what was required. And despite the challenging access, he wasn’t going to give up. Job done, friendly service, professional communications, and very fair charges. We strongly recommend Dane Plumbing!
