Rude staff... had to go a bit before they close and had to stand bad faces and the staff starring at me as I was getting the envelope readyReally bad manners and ended up not sending my letter when I complained about the way I was being treated.

Don't Exchange money here, today i was buy euro on the board was good price like in brighton but need read on the bottom start from 1000 pound so if you want buy only 1 or two hundred euro don't buy here

Rude and dismissive. There is always a problem with whatever your are trying to post, pay for, package etc. I never look forward to my post office experience that's for sure.

Since this post office has been under new management the customer service is impeccable. The staff are always so friendly and willing to help. Left feeling very satisfied

been 2 days without post not delivered rang from 1 20 pm 9 times untill 2pm was hung up on every time discusting way to treet peaple and you are breaking the law for not delivering royal mail it happens to us at niells close very very offen will i get a replyi doubt it in my day the postman done a full week and 2 thats right 2 deliveries a day what a joke you better buck up and take responsabillty

twice In 6 months I've went to use the photo ID system in this post office, and twice the staff have told me it's broken and waiting to be repaired. The staff are also very rude. I have no idea how this place makes money. Could only happen in Newhaven..

Ash and the lady serving in the NEWHAVEN Post office, were so very helpful and kind to me,especially Ash offering me a seat, Dealing with my renewal licence as quickly as poss They put our own seaford post office to shame, Thank you Ash you were so kind , a wonderful service at this postoffice

Went into the post office today and came out feeling very happy because the staff in there were so lovely to talk too and amazing at their jobs, very very helpful and makes a change from a lot of other post offices I’ve been in! So much better now they are under new management.
