A member of staff (Ashmita) came over and handed a card and asked nicely if I can leave a review and if she never asked I might just take my sweet time to review. :)Found this place on Google when searching for Indoor play (apparently this week's weather is rainy and windy) so had to find something for kids to do. Glad to have found and chosen this place. 2 floors full of various activities that's allows kids to exert their energy. A must go for all types of weather.Well ventilated. Friendly staff. Spacious. Value for money.Just adding a couple of snaps of what's included but there's more.

Great place for kids within budget. Go for membership. Its £9.50 pp for a month. And you can come daily in that amount.Would have given 5 star but deducted just because it doesn’t have much activities for kids less than 1.1m.Staff is really helpful, informative and hardworking.

Such a great place for the kids my son had his brothers party here. Flipout keeps the kids entertained with a variety of things to do so they don't get bored. Staff are polite and the food is nice and unlimited slush for 5.50 is always a winner with the kids!

Amazing. Such a brilliant place for kids.The staff are exceptionally kind, helpful and friendly. And they all seem like they actually enjoy their jobs. Makes a huge difference and lovely to see. Aya looked after us particularly.We’ll be back!!

We had a really fun evening here. Two hours was enough for my kids to run around and enjoy the soft play, inflatables, lazer quest and bumper cars. The staff are amazing and so friendly. I was really impressed with how many staff there were and the good level of safety. Amazing to see vegan options in the cafe too.

Had a 10th birthday party for my son's at flip out. Our host was Ayah and was the most helpful and smiling person.. everything was taking care off, offloading some of the stress that any parents has to go through at their kids party. The room are lovely and clean.. all around all guests and parents were happy. Would definitely recommend.

We did my kids' bday party.The place is awesome, but crowd management is very bad. Party hosts are just untrained, often cold young folks who don't take any initiative.I had to manage and get all kids to move and explore all different activities and take them from one place to other to ensure they don't just use jumping area for whole 2 hrs.Food options are also limited and overall i won't do party again.

Decent outing for children aged 12 and under. The bumper cars were a massive disappointment because the area was small and the cars were too big for the space. Not enough room to move around. The soft play area was pretty much the defining aspect of FlipOut along with laser quest which was an 8 minute free for all. Mini golf was a waste of space and arcades each cost around £1 per go. 2 hours is enough for kids in my opinion. I hate paying for parking, so would recommend not parking in Asda but rather Balfour road or Montague Road which have spots free from 12:30pm week days and Saturdays. Getting an annual adult pass makes the most sense. I think it's good value for money, however I would certainly say I'm underwhelmed overall. The kids enjoyed it generally.

Loved it. Great for kids and adults too!Laser tag was amazing! Go in a group of 8+Bumper cars not so much as it was limited with space..Mini golf was so cool and funky!would recommend booking for 3 hours. 2 hours is not enough, especially if the kids want to use the trampolining and play area.

I wasn't sure what to expect when booking this activity for the kids. The place is clean and has electric lockers for £2 card payment.Crazy golf and a small cafe on the ground floor. Upstairs were the bumper cars, inflatable and jungle gym, and then a smaller frame for babies. The laser tag is also on this floor but in another room.It's a good experience, the children enjoyed themselves, although I guess i expected more, as in bigger.They state the inflatable as an assault course, its not really more like a bouncy castle with a slide.There are only two trampolines on the climbing frame/jungle gym thing and with the bumper car's you get 5 mins to try and maneuver something large in a small area. I assume you can go on as much as you like.The staff are helpful, I wouldn't necessarily say they ooze warmth and friendliness, though.Considering it was half term it didn't feel overly busy but we went early and as we were leaving it looked as though a queue was forming. So I expect the afternoon gets busier.The place is clean, kept the children happy for a couple of hours, not 100% sure if I would book again.
