Hay Drive Post Office
I will give five stars if it is just for the post office guy. He is friendly and helpful, and has set up a very high standard that other post office should follows. After around 6pm the post office guy is off duty and it will be someone else who does the job, but he is not quite at the same level as the post office guy. As long as you go at the right time you will receive very good service

STAFF RUDE, insensitive to SENTIMENTAL package made me late to work by delaying sending off the package with unnecessary protocols. Won't be using again, will get on ship to send package off myself next time. GET GOOD!!1 >:(

This is perhaps one of the most unprofessional post offices I have ever been to. The staff were very rude and laughed when I struggled trying to figure something out while posting, they would also lie about what is allowed to be posted when I have researched enough to know what is appropriate for posting. They should be more polite and considerate of their customers as post offices are made to satisfy customers who want to post packages. Please, try to fix your act it is disappointing. I will make sure not to go back here to post any packages.

Very helpful and excellent customer service when helping me to change over old paper bank notes we found! I phoned first and the gentleman was so kind and courteous in helping me find a work around, highly recommend!

I can fully recommend this as my go to post office. They offer a great service and I've been coming here for several years. Staff are friendly, fast, knowledgeable and will inform you of other useful services if needed. Never had any issues.
