Asda Higher Broughton Supermarket

Came to collect a parcel in store only to be told they close at 10 and online says till 11!!Rude staff.

It's a nice supermarket to go to. It is not always easy to find parking here, however there is parking nearby. They disabled parking access and a card machine just outside. The store is smaller, however they're likely to have what you need. The service is pretty good with the staff happy to help.

Never again! Noone is serving at the till. Self service only. Why??? The two shop assistant too busy to talk to each other. Seemed like they had nothing to do. I had to find things, serve myself and paid for it. There is something wrong with this... I shouldn't be doing their job!Maybe Asda should review this attitude towards their customers and ask their assistants to work at the till.

Not much frozen food wise, but staff was very helpful and polite.

Visited this store at lunchtime today. Store very untidy and feel grumpy.Staff just chatting amongst themselves and very unhelpful I needed assistance with the self-serve checkout the members of staff looking after the self-serve checkouts paid me no attention to start with I needed to ask for assistance a number of times before she stop talking to other members of staff. Once she did come to my self-service checkout without saying hello or asking what she could assist my with she pushed me to one side and scanned her pass at the checkout and walked off. I felt I was just a nuisance to her not a customer.I personally would advice people to avoid this store at this time and Asda area management need to visit this store and sort this issues out as I’m not the only person to complain about staff at this store on reading reviews I can see a few people have received the same poor customer service in this store.

Disappointing and degrading. Some staff are really rude there, and the shop can do with a better queuing pattern instead of having one single queue for all - including self service (like card only or card and cash) and kiosk and PayPoint and all other services. All piles into one queue whilst confusing and disappointing customers who are waiting to use an available checkout whilst another in-front is waiting for the kiosk etc.I must point out that some of the staff are nice, but it would help if the management will have a look out on those that make you feel you never want to enter that shop again...

This is very small ASDA. You need to find things you are looking for.It doesn't have many choices it is like a mini kiosk of ASDA.

Ordered my groceries online(they are delivered from this store). The driver parked on the street, stayed in the van for a few minutes and then drove off. He told his manager no one was home without even getting out of the van. Probably was too early for him on Sunday morning. Called Asda multiple times to advise and was told nothing can be done now as the order was cancelled. Made a complaint and asked to escalate this to a manager, no follow up with that either. Obviously money was taken and no groceries were delivered and the refund takes days so had to go out and buy something from another store. Good thing we had the money for more groceries, because not everyone has that luxury. When i mentioned to the person that the driver didn't even get out of the car he said he will have a talk with him. Think he needs more training, not a talk. Either way I am never ordering from you again, have cancelled any future orders and will be telling everyone to avoid you.

Decent but security is unnecessarily aggressive. They didn't have clean baskets so was placing shopping in an empty bag for life and the guard got a little aggressive. Upon pointing out the baskets were filthy he instructed me to clean them myself. After respectfully being told that would not happen I decided to leave the shop.

I was there at 17 pm The worst staff I've seen in all of Britain, very rude and unhelpful. There is a worker who is not normal. I think she suffers from addiction. It is necessary to change the staff.
