Knowledgeable staff with okay prices, just above Internet prices you know; but a handy location and newer mods/juices/setups makes up for priciness. Oh, and the loyalty card is great since I get some monthly free juice - nice!The only problem is the lack of customer service, if something breaks(I. E a faulty product) it's near impossible to get a replacement or refund. I feel as though these people don't stand by their products and just want to make money.

Very friendly staff and seemed knowledgeable. Chap serving was very polite and had a good conversation in general.Shop seems to have slightly more options available than the typical vape shop with plenty of top brand flavours.Not bought equipment so can't say anything on that but the juice recommendations were good and I'll certainly be back.

Returns policy isn't clear and is only mentioned on the warranty you get after purchasing an item.I purchased a starter kit, went shopping, changed my mind and came back within an hour to return the kit.The shop doesn't explain returns until you actually try to return the product. The only person who opened it was the staff when they explained to me how to use it.They've lost a customer today and I'm sure others will be just as annoyed in the same situation.I'm down £29 on a product that is inferior and £10 cheaper online. Just by giving your customers a grace period could have resulted in more sales, instead I'll have to go elsewhere.

I had a problem with a new vape and they did some tests and worked out it was a faulty coil so they replaced it for nothing. They also taught me what to do before I change a coil. Excellent service and I highly recommend them. Service with a smile

Friendly, honest and always willing to help. If something's not right for you, they won't try to make you buy it just to make profit. Always make time for their customers - how they do this in busy periods, I will never know! But they do. Fantastic range of flavours, prices and equipment to suit everyone. Why go anywhere else?! :)

Top place... all liquids are free from metals and other chemicals as the store is certified (certificate presented and gifted with every purchase) Older man with glasses is the top man... helpful, honest, patient with people that never knew anything about vaping like myself. Not pushy, gives all the details, pros and cons, helps with budgeting, setup, etc etc etc..... I became a loyal and regular customer thanks to him.
