We are so impressed with the photos - they are beautiful - and couldn’t wait to share and use on our social media. Clare sent them over while we were still on honeymoon and we spent a couple of very emotional hours looking through them all (and have barely stopped since!) - we absolutely adore them and they will give us real joy for many years to come.After falling in love with the stunning scenery at Tunnels a few years ago, one of our top priorities was finding a professional and talented photographer who could do justice to the setting and also calm our nerves as neither of us feel comfortable in front of the camera.We really liked the look of Clare’s photographic style and spoke with her and several other photographers. We booked Clare for our wedding in September, and also had the optional engagement shoot. We had high expectations as Clare's portfolio was amazing, but when the photos came back (super speedy!) we were completely blown away. She captured so many beautiful moments of both us and our guests. It was such a joy to look through them, and the quality of the editing was outstanding. I've had so many compliments about our photos. Clare was also an absolute joy to have around, she made us both feel at ease and it meant we could really enjoy our day without worrying about the camera. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Clare, I couldn't imagine a better wedding photographer. I would really recommend the engagement shoot too, it gave us both a chance to get to know her and get used to being in front of the camera on a relaxed day - which definitely paid off on the wedding day.

When I came across Clare’s Instagram I knew she was the photographer we had been looking for. She really captures the beauty of nature and her pictures are relaxed and natural.We weren’t able to meet Clare before our wedding as we live in the northwest, but she felt like an old friend as soon as we met in the morning . She brought such a great energy and warm presence to the day. She went above and beyond our expectations in all aspects, from helping the day to run along, to scaling rocks to get the perfect snap, and even keeping an eye on sleeping babies during the speeches!My (now) husband isn’t a big fan of having his photo taken but Clare was patient and swiftly captured our couple pics so he could relax. She also ensured all our family and friends were pictured – taking some of the most beautiful portrait shots and stunning candid’s.To top off our amazing experience with Clare, she also issued our pictures within a week! We first reached out to Clare about 18 months prior to our wedding, she ticked all of our boxes having looked at her work on her Instagram page. We loved her eye for detail, naturalism, inclusive practice, as well as her passion for her local area which meant a lot to us as a local couple! When we first met Clare she was friendly, approachable and made us feel comfortable. She communicated with us throughout our wedding journey, and was readily responsive to any of our queries.We had been hesitant to do a pre wedding shoot as we thought it would be a little awkward. However, about two months prior to our wedding day we changed our minds and went for it! We went out to Wembury beach for a walk, and after the first couple of minutes we both felt relaxed and ended up enjoying the experience. Her photos spoke wonders, she made us feel so at ease, and with some simple direction, made us look fabulous.On our wedding day we had no concerns that Clare would pull off an amazing job, she worked very hard to capture all those special moments- getting ready, the ceremony, the reception, group shots, dinner, speeches, mingling and the evening! As well as the main photos, Clare suggested a couples’ shoot for us en route between our church ceremony in Sheviock to our reception at Mt Edgcumbe on the coastal road overlooking Whitsand Bay. We had been a little apprehensive about timings but we were so glad she suggested this as these are some of our favourite images, with breathtaking views out to sea.We were so impressed with her ability to move stealthily and quickly, making our guests feel at ease without over directing any moment. She photographed candidly and discretely, in a smooth and professional manner. We had lots of complements from our guests about Clare and her hardworking, professional attitude.The images speak wonders- we are over the moon with the quality, the emotion and the naturalism she has managed to capture!Clare was so easy to work with, responsive, friendly, and a master at her work. We are delighted with our experience and the finished images and would wholeheartedly recommend her to any couples getting married in the South West.

Clare was the photographer for our intimate wedding at Lower Grenofen.As soon as Clare arrived, her calm and warm presence made us all feel at ease. As someone who doesn’t always like getting their photo taken (my husband is the same!) I was really apprehensive about the whole process.
