AVOID!!!I had the unpleasant experience of being seen to by a rude member of staff, who didn't call out my name but instead asked 'IS THAT YOU?' to the name on the iPad; who spent the time telling me to hurry up when I tried to explain the issue; talked over me constantly; and suggested solutions that had already been done and would not listen when I explained it was an ongoing issue and the suggestions had already been done.Disgusting behaviour, I had to just walk out and I will NOT be returning to the Stratford shop.Save yourself the time and energy - Regent's Street and online chat/call is SO MUCH BETTER and they actually LISTEN and take appropriate steps to resolve your issue.

Khalid was very helpful and professional. He took time to discuss the products with me and answer all the questions I had. I am quite picky and took a while to choose but Khalid made me feel very welcomed and comfortable and did not rush me. After the consultation I purchased my new phone which I am very pleased with thanks to Khalid's help. He is a great asset to your company and deserves recognition. Thank you

unorganised and some staff is rude.Booked appointment at 7:30pm,waited an hour for a staff to help with the trade in and get the new one. And when in the trade in I was trying to reset Apple password, a staff looks like at a manager level came over to spoke with the staff who was handling my order, this “manager” stepped in and said there is a long queue please do it aside, which I understand there’s a queue but I was waited more than an hour for this and I can’t even have a bit of my time of a service?And this manager’s face expressions look so unpleasant and the words are rude, all of these made me feel like unwelcome and owing her something? Here a note to this manager, if you really hate your job and can’t do it properly, please leave it for good. Or you do need it for living, please fake liking it and do it proper. We understand life is not easy for anyone, but once you choose to be in this job, please live up to it and don’t affect others.

Very helpful as always, there is always something novel each time you come in; the technology is moving fast.

This store (across UK) are the most rude staff including the store manager. They behave as if they are doing a favour in assisting you.Less they realise they are just doing a job and their behaviour represent the brand.For some of the staff it may be a temp job and they are not likely to last long.

Attended the Genius Bar today and was promptly seen shortly after turning up on the appointment time. Was seen by George who was very helpful and understood my needs as a customer. Whilst I had to go to another store due to parts availability issue at Stratford but George went above and beyond by ensuring the relevant part was reserved at Regent street and transferred my file to them. Great asset to the company as an Employee. Well done and highly recommended.

Had an appointment today, Tom was so amazing, been a few times Tom has demonstrated great level of communication, he kept me up to date I would say at every minute. He dealt with another customer and I at the same time it still felt individual. You’re amazing Tom, keep it up. Wish I had asked the other guy who greeted me first his name both amazing.

My recent Experience at the Stratford Westfield Store was horrendous. During my visit today to the Stratford Westfield Store, I encountered several issues:1. Lack of Knowledge: The staff appeared to be inadequately trained and lacked knowledge about Apple products and services.2. Rudeness: The employees I interacted with were not only unhelpful but also displayed a discourteous attitude. No manners on how to talk to customers.3. Harassment and Offense: To my shock and dismay, I felt harassed and offended during my visit. The treatment I received was completely unacceptable and unprofessional.4. Poor Customer Service: I have visited various stores and have never encountered such a low level of customer service. This extends from the regular staff to the management team, as no one seemed interested in resolving my concerns.The behaviour and service I received during my visit to the Stratford Westfield Store were very disrespectful and have left me deeply dissatisfied.I believe that such behavior is not in line with the values and reputation of Apple Inc.I kindly request that you investigate this matter and get back to me also take appropriate action to ensure that other customers do not face similar distressing experiences.
