Monkey Puzzle Cambridge Nursery & Preschool - Regent Terrace

We had to withdraw our place after having a house move fall through and they kept the entire £650 deposit + booking fee they charge, ignoring our emails asking why they felt this was appropriate. The deposit was also a much larger amount than any other nursery we spoke to.While they didn't technically have to give it back, keeping the whole thing when we had to cancel for reasons beyond our control feels very unethical and feels like really quite ugly behaviour from a business that is supposed to care about parents and children.

My daughter has just started at this nursery and I can honestly say I made the perfect choice. My daughter really struggles with new people and she has connected with all the nursery staff. The staff have gone above and beyond to put my mind at ease and I wouldn't think twice about recommending them to anyone.
