I travelled to Rugby with my friends and had a chance to get massage here and it was a really great experience which made my friends wanna experience more Thai massage. The Thai lady there was really nice. Thank you for your kind welcome and good experience.

I have had many Thai massages and I usually enjoy them because the women are quite strong but I went to Su and Nin Ya recently and left in excruciating pain, it took me about 3 days to recover! Absolutely no technique or skill was used, just pure strength and pressure from her elbow. During the massage I told the woman it was too hard, she chuckled and just carried on by putting her full weight into her elbow. Afterwards and for 2/3 days my back was extremely red, bruised and my skin became extremely sensitive. I really hate leaving bad reviews but I have really suffered with back ache after my visit.

Awful massage, zero pressure no use of elbows or forearms or back walking , basically was moisturized for 1 hour which she tried to cut short to 45 min till I questioned the time Repeatedly asked for more pressure as muscles were very tight from sports but was ignored each time and language wasn't the issue she just couldn't be bothered .

Absolutely shocking and rude attitude from the lady. Had massage booked at 2:40pm. Due to boxing day sales traffic i arrived a few mins late. Paid for parking outside at 2:42pm and arrived inside at 2:44pm. She tried telling me i was over 10 minutes late and started pointing at 2:50pm on her clock. I was sat inside for over 5 minutes listening to her condescending attitude. If you can’t take my appointment for being 4 mins late, fine just say that but please don’t lie and talk down to me.

I’ve been here about 5 times now if your looking to have a massage it’s good short notice appointments id recommend if your not looking to be harassed and persistently asked you I you want the extra referring to you know what after repeatedly saying no then definitely don’t go here that, happened to me today after I paid for my massage in cash the lady clearly seen what else was in my wallet and decided that was a great idea was very tempted to phone the police and won’t be going here again

Can be very hit and miss. When they get things right, the massage is great, but due to the language barrier, things can go wrong very quickly with appointments misunderstood, not being there on arrival and issues not being dealt with. My partner even had her one hour massage starting 15 mins late due to issues, only being given 45 mins of a rushed massage, then upon going back downstairs having dressed, being told to go back upstairs for her last 10 mins. Felt like there's no point complaining as the staff available wouldn't fully understand.

Noknis fantastic at massage! Having stopped on the way home from a 2.5km swim, she worked on my shoulders after doing nonstop breast stroke and revitalised my thigh muscles which were like jelly after the swim as I had only had 2 x 1km training sessions this year!Looking forward to Cambridge Slow swim 2023 so I can enjoy again!!
