Emergency Dental Service

What an excellent team, I have been in agony for a couple of days with toothache. Rang on the Sunday at 9am got an appointment for 10am tooth was out by 10.30.From the initial phone call to leaving the surgery. All staff were polite, sympathetic and made me feel at ease.I cannot thank you all enough for helping me I was at my wits end

Fantastic staff and treatment .I contact the service at 9.15am and got an appointmemt for 10.00am and from start to finish it was an amazing service .The Dentist spent time explaining the treatment, discussing options and I left feeling valued and secure in the treatment I received .Thank you to all the staff at the emergency dental service .

Date 11/05/17 time of call 19:30 spoken to the rudest call member of staff ever on the phone who wouldn't give her name! I Got told by A&E to see a emergency dentist and reply from her was take parocetmol and call back tomorrow, as which my reply way would that solve the issue of a broken tooth as a dentist needs to amend the tooth to cause less pain! I got told she would not like to be spoken to that way! Very sympathetic or a very pathetic women as a complaint is being raised now, rang in the morning to get in and appointment where taken and told to ring after 5pm which I did! And the to be turned away from a dental emergency by your very poor staff member!

absolutely fantastic service . The lady in the phone this morning was so lovely. Got there feeling very anxious and tired (tooth ache is a killer to sleep through) the assistant in the room was so nice to me, showed compassion and empathy and even held my hand. The dentist herself was amazing. Quick , efficient and put me at ease instantly. Tooth removed. Pain gone and totally greatful for this fab service :)

Was left on hold for so long, picked up and cut me off. Rang again and the lines busy!

Great service. After a week of pain and sleepless nights I called on the saturday morning at 9am and was seen at 9:30. They sorted me and temporarily fixed a hole in my tooth....no more pain!!!! Service was great, friendly staff and the dentist was awesome and made me feel so at ease! Would recommend to anyone!

Useless wouldnt see me as not bleeding or swollen. Said i havent taken enough pain killers even though ive maxed in the recommended dose. Spoke to me as if i was stupid. Horrible place

1st time ive visited the reception staff were helpful and polite..the two lovely girls who extracted my tooth were 100% fantastic..made me feel so at ease so thankyou very much for geting me out of this pain.
