It is difficult to speak highly enough about the Bho & Co team. If you’re looking for a property management company that genuinely cares about the tenants, the landlords, the properties and everyone and everything involved in the whole process, then I don’t think you need to look any further. Their flexibility, positivity, creativity, high standards and can-do attitude make it very easy to confidently hand over pretty much everything into their very capable hands. Equally there has always been the option to get involved. It has been an absolute pleasure and privilege to work with Jenna, Hayley, and Kate throughout the property letting journey, from initial conversations and planning, to preparing the property, finding tenants, getting tenancies up and running, and ongoing maintenance and care of the tenants and properties. Communication is very friendly, clear, and prompt. I know my tenants have also been incredibly impressed with the very high standard of care they have received and, like me, really appreciate the connection they have with this lovely and professional team.

The entire Bho & Co were excellent during our recent rental stay. Communication was prompt and any issues in our flat were resolved promptly without any hassle. Jenna and Hayley and their team are perfectly lovely and created such a wonderful and warm experience for us when we were moving into the let property and were always on hand to help and support our many questions and needs regarding everything from finding appropriate Wi-Fi to dealing with unexpected hot water issues during our stay.I am always amazed at how responsive and kind and generous they are of their time, energy, and resources. They ensured our stay at the property was comfortable and wonderful. Moving in and out of the property was truly a seamless and easy experience because of Jenna and Hayley as a team and their organization. Bho & Co have been absolutely wonderful! Jenna is so kind and really takes the time to put a personal touch on our experience—she left my husband and me a tasty baked good on our move-in day and has asked about my cat when she’s called to check in. She is very reliable (and quick!) to answer emails and is always prompt in following up with anything that might come up.I have had some really bad experiences with landlords and letting agencies in the past and am so glad to have found Bho & Co. They’ve shown that they actually care about the tenants (rather than being solely landlord-focused), which can be hard to find in letting agencies. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

This agency is fantastic.They made finding our flat super easy and even the formal application part was easy with Jenna's help. They are so personal and genuinely want their tenants to be happy in their new homes! Jenna and her team are fab, they respond to messages very quickly and get people out to fix any issues very fast, nothing is a problem for them. Couldn't recommend this agency more!
